My name is Dimitra Tsiaka, and I am a licensed psychologist and CBT psychotherapist in training. I was born and raised in Athens, Greece, and for the past few years, I have been living in The Netherlands.     I can be there for you while healing, reflecting, and growing, but in the end, only YOU know how to find YOUR way.

  • The sessions are conducted online via Zoom, Skype, and MS Teams.

  • I aim to keep waiting times as short as possible. Depending on availability, you may be able to schedule your first session within a week. If you need support urgently, please reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

  • No. I am not collaborating with any Dutch Health insurance at the moment.

    However, I keep my rates affordable so that more people can access the support they need.

  • Yes. You can cancel/change the date of your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it.
